We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Engineering Excellence team within the Product & Engineering department. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of building and evolving a key internal operational platform — a productivity and visibility tool designed to empower managers with the insights and capabilities they need to lead their teams effectively. You will work closely with engineering, product, and management stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and translate them into well-architected, scalable solutions.
