NY, with the ability to obtain additional licenses if required.</li> <li data-section-id="1qxuitb" data-start="2263" data-end="2416">Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in clinical care, case management, disease management, provider operations, or health insurance environments.</li> <li data-section-id="tlkx8v" data-start="2417" data-end="2514">Strong understanding of disease processes,
