Your main responsibilities will be to provide strategic guidance, knowledge transfer and best practices to the implementation teams.  This role involves a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, strong domain expertise and great interpersonal abilities to influence delivery, product and key customer stakeholders\n What You'll Do: <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies in the world, as the accountable design face (Solution Manager) with the objective of driving optimal design quality, leading industry practices, and maximum synergy across the entire Coupa suite </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Perform a Leading role within the Coupa Professional Services COE to drive enablement on business process expertise and consulting best practices across the wider Coupa delivery teams </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Conduct architectural design reviews on implementations to ensure quality in delivery from our and partner implementation teams </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Develop and implement standardized procedures, templates and tools to enhance the quality of delivery team operations </li> <li>Collaborate with documentation and product management teams to share expertise in further developing content & product</li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Foster and develop relationships with customers key stakeholders </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Develop & coach talent, in and out of projects, in the consulting expectations to ensure the right skills mix to meet customer success </li> </ul> What You Will Bring to Coupa: <div> <ul> <li> Must have hands-on Coupa experience (implementation / consulting) </li> <li> 15+ years in Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Contract (consulting, SaaS, or in-house) </li> <li> Experience leading teams or global SaaS implementations </li> <li> Strong client management with proven delivery of workshop management, successful & on-time go-lives </li> <li> Deep understanding of Procurement + Finance processes and systems </li> <li> Experience across industries (e.g. Healthcare, Retail, FS, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas) </li> <li> Strong stakeholder management (exec-level, cross-region) and communication skills </li> <li> Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and customer success principles </li> <li> Highly organized, strong problem-solving and analytical skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Experience with similar platforms (e.g. Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP) is a bonus </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Willingness to travel regionally and possibly globally </li> </ul> </div> \n The estimated pay range for this role is $152,000 - $198,000 The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
