The role includes an expectation of approximately 50% billable involvement&nbsp;in client programs&nbsp;with the balance being dedicated to overseeing&nbsp;early-stage client engagements,&nbsp;pursuit&nbsp;support,&nbsp;and data&nbsp;solution&nbsp;development&nbsp;continuity.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">The&nbsp;Data Solutions Lead&nbsp;will&nbsp;operate&nbsp;directly in&nbsp;new business&nbsp;pursuits&nbsp;and client engagements, shaping solutions with clients, translating business needs into credible, executable architectures, and&nbsp;leading teams to&nbsp;deliver those solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Information Security Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols</li><li>Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets</li><li>Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)</li><li>Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Role and Responsibilities </b><ul><li>Partner closely with Sales and&nbsp;Client Partners&nbsp;to drive&nbsp;data&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;growth through client-facing solutioning and active pursuit support across the&nbsp;Consumer BU verticals&nbsp;</li><li>Lead&nbsp;data solution design in client conversations, shaping technical approaches, scope, and value propositions aligned to client business outcomes&nbsp;</li><li>Experience leading <b>client-facing data transformation initiatives </b>or consulting engagements.</li><li>Operate as the technical authority for data architecture, guiding engineering teams and influencing executive stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as the primary&nbsp;data&nbsp;solution&nbsp;credibility lead in&nbsp;Consumer&nbsp;pursuits, influencing deal direction, supporting pipeline progression, and helping close complex opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Support proposal development, including defining technical approaches, delivery models, estimates, and value cases for&nbsp;data&nbsp;engagements&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and data teams to define&nbsp;and plan solutions&nbsp;in support of pursuits and billable client programs&nbsp;</li><li>Translate solution designs from pursuits into clear, actionable handoffs for delivery teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain an active billable role at approximately 50%, providing hands-on architectural oversight and delivery involvement to support solution continuity and delivery excellence&nbsp;</li><li>Engage directly with client stakeholders&nbsp;and data teams, building trusted relationships and&nbsp;using data science strategies to develop solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI to ensure proposed solutions are&nbsp;feasible, scalable, and aligned to Bounteous capabilities&nbsp;</li><li>Available for frequent travel to client&nbsp;sites for meetings, workshops, and pitches&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div><p><br></p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><ul><li>Significant experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;data&nbsp;consulting or professional services environments, with a strong emphasis on client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated success supporting and closing&nbsp;data opportunities through technical leadership, architecture ownership, and active participation in sales pursuits&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supporting&nbsp;clients in&nbsp;at least one of the Consumer BU verticals (Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods).&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supporting&nbsp;both B2C and B2B client programs strongly preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Strong background architecting real-world&nbsp;data&nbsp;solutions using modern platforms such as Databricks and or Snowflake, with experience across at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and execution considerations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Comfort&nbsp;operating&nbsp;in a&nbsp;commercially-driven&nbsp;role where success is measured by growth impact, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead client conversations independently and partner closely with Sales and&nbsp;Client Partner leaders&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;operating&nbsp;in fast-moving consulting environments with limited structure, including comfort&nbsp;remaining&nbsp;hands-on when needed&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$180,000 - $240,000 a year</div><small><div>Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.
