The Caseware Australia office is located at L4, 365 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000\n What you will be doing:<ul> <li>Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships across all levels within assigned accounts, focusing on maximising customer lifetime value.</li> <li>Account Planning: Create and maintain strategic account plans for key customers, identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions to business objectives.</li> <li>Growth Activities: Execute upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies to increase ARR and product adoption, including migration to cloud solutions.</li> <li>Customer Success: Proactively mitigate risks that could lead to dissatisfaction or churn; optimise product usage and address financial matters promptly.</li> <li>Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Manage revenue-related inquiries (new licenses, renewals, product information) and drive outbound engagement for growth.</li> <li>Market Feedback: Provide actionable insights from customers and prospects to inform product development and service enhancements.</li> <li>Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts and participate in regular sales meetings to review performance and pipeline.</li> <li>Industry Presence: Represent Caseware at relevant government and industry events to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.</li> <li>Presentation Excellence: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, including professional PowerPoint decks tailored to client needs.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div>Team Commitments</div> <ul> <li>Maintain confidentiality and data security in line with company policy.</li> <li>Record all customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce experience highly regarded).</li> <li>Collaborate with peers to achieve shared objectives.</li> <li>Commit to continuous learning (minimum 48 hours professional development annually).</li> <li>Enhance Caseware’s reputation by embracing innovation and adding value beyond core responsibilities.</li> </ul> What you will bring:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li> <li>2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment</li> <li>Exceptional presentation skills, including creating professional PowerPoint decks; consultative selling; strategic planning; and strong verbal and written communication</li> <li>Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows; ability to engage confidently with finance and audit professionals</li> <li>Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred)</li> <li>CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded); ability to present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Energised, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets; thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment</li> </ul> \nWhat's in it for you:   ▪️Innovation is at our core.
