Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead demand generation initiatives across digital channels, optimize the marketing funnel, and collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and regional leadership to deliver measurable growth.    ❗This is an existing vacancy. ❗This is a full-time, permanent position.  📍This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work three days a week at our Toronto oﬃce  (351 King St E, Toronto, ON).\n What you will be doing:<ul> <li>Own the North American growth marketing strategy with a focus on new business acquisition. </li> <li>Plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns to include email, webinars, paid media, sponsored events and account-based marketing (ABM). </li> <li>Develop ICP and key personas for region to architect efficient and effective buying journeys.  </li> <li>Optimize the regional marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC. </li> <li>Localize global campaigns and messaging to resonate with North American audiences. </li> <li>Manage regional marketing budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI. </li> <li>Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs (CPL, MQLs, pipeline contribution). </li> <li>Collaborate with product marketing to ensure messaging aligns with buyer needs and market trends. </li> <li>Stay current on competitive landscape, industry trends, and regional regulations. </li> <li>Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, accelerate campaign execution, and improve funnel performance.</li> </ul> What you will bring:<ul> <li>8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and new business growth. </li> <li>Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue in North American markets, ideally in SaaS or tech. </li> <li>Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce). </li> <li>Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting and attribution models. </li> <li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. </li> <li>Experience in the accounting or audit industry is a plus, but not required. </li> <li>Experience leveraging AI marketing tools (e.g., predictive scoring, intent data, content automation) to drive efficiency and impact.</li> </ul> \nSalary Range:     The annual base salary for this position is between $157,000 CAD and $167,000 CAD per year.    This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location.
