Summary:This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of Good American in the daily business operations of the store, and support all store initiatives including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals. The Sales Associate/ Stylist reports to the Store Manager/Store Director.\n Responsibilities:<ul><li>Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Good American internally and externally</li><li>Drive for financial results by achieving individual sales targets as well as support team members in order to drive total store and brand performance</li><li>Ensure individual KPI goals are attained and support the achievement of KPI goals of team members and store</li><li>Follow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content client</li><li>Support the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagement</li><li>Deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)</li><li>Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues with brand and client top of mind</li><li>Create and develop a robust client book based on strong engagement, ensuring that client acquisition and retention are key focuses for store and brand overall</li><li>Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house</li><li>Support all visual merchandising initiatives including adhering to visual directives, meticulous upkeep of visual standards that align with brand guidelines</li><li>Support inventory initiatives including regular Cycle Counts, inventory reconciliation, and processing are completed in accordance to company guidelines as required</li><li>In partnership with Store Manager/ Director, create and bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development</li><li>Attend all meetings as required by the business</li><li>Contribute towards creating and maintaining a positive team culture within the store</li><li>Be a strong partner to corporate team and deliver feedback and insights</li><li>Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment</li><li>Experience within women’s apparel retail preferred</li><li>Familiar with key retail performance indicators</li><li>Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate</li><li>Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices</li><li>Effective communication skills (both oral and written) in order to engage with client and team members</li><li>Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients</li><li>Travel approximately 10% of the time</li><li>Ability to climb ladders</li><li>Ability to lift 25+ lbs.</li></ul> \nPlease note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
