This is a deeply hands-on role: you’ll write production-grade code, build and operate data systems, and own the technical strategy and execution of complex customer integrations. You’ll lead integrations across HIEs, EHRs, claims systems, labs, and other healthcare data sources. This includes turning ambiguous requirements into clear designs, building secure and reliable data pipelines, and ensuring ongoing system performance through monitoring and observability. You’ll also serve as a senior technical advisor to customers—guiding architecture decisions, troubleshooting issues, and shaping how integrations are implemented. This role is for someone who builds and improves systems, not just configures them. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack: parsing messy HL7 payloads, building services in Go, scripting in Python, and leading technical conversations with customers.\n Key responsibilities:<div> <h3 style="line-height: 1.2;
