Job Purpose: As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary purpose is to strategically source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent to drive the company's growth and innovation. Responsibilities: Plan and manage the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews using niche platforms. Utilize our ATS to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals when needed. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements. Keep up to date with new technological trends and products. +5 Years of experience as a Technical Recruiter. (Required). Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates. Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in Social-Media and Digital Recruitment Technologies. Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Familiarity with ATS and resume databases (Workable). Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is a must) Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation Can-do attitude is a must. Team player and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
