Work outdoors to directly represent the company and its full line of products, including forklifts and related equipment, by visiting customers in various locations. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals set by company management. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups; maintain a complete file for each customer. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge. Utilize all available sales tools, CRM systems, and resources to optimize sales efficiency and reporting. Collaborate with the internal operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, or implementation of products and solutions. 1.        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must. 2.        Experience/Knowledge required: Experience in selling Forklifts, Knowledge of Material handling equipment, warehouses, and a strong technical background. 3.        MUST own a car and is okay with using it outdoors inside and outside of Cairo. 4.        Good English language. 5.        Residential location restrictions : No candidates from Giza or Helwan. 6.        Personality style: Outgoing / extrovert. 7.        Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
