Advanced configuration (workflow, rules, reports) Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ Represent Identity and Enterprise Security in project work, providing professional guidance and advice and ensuring delivery in line with Standards and IAM principles. • Application onboarding, including configuration of creation, correlation, and build map rules. • Extending reporting capabilities via application-specific reporting. • Role mining and modeling assistance and configuration. • Risk/SOD configuration and implementation consulting. • Strategies for configuring a specific functionality, Planning and preparation • Documentation review. • Product version upgrades • Ongoing patch installation • Advanced configuration (workflow, rules, reports) • Mentoring and environment-specific training. • Provide knowledge transfer to technical staff. • Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows; • Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools; • Performing Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ; • Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ; • Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors; • Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX etc • Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes; • Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management; • Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting; • Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues; • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts. Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improve the process. Should be able to manage team of technical engineers and lead at all levels. Should be able to clearly articulate business values to the senior stakeholders and should be able to challenge them. Understand the risk and controls around the platforms. Be able to appreciate truly Agile ways of working/development using tools like Jira/Confluence. Collaborate with peers across various levels for experiential learnings. Focus on scalability, resilience, security, quality and continuous rigour to reduce technical debt.
