What you'll drive: Legal Enablement & Strategy Track procedural progress across court cases and administrative proceedings, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Support legal analysis by reviewing pleadings and helping shape practical legal strategies Draft, review, and analyze agreements and contractual documentation with strong attention to detail Partner with external counsel to maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and outcomes Operational Excellence & Compliance Build and maintain reliable tracking systems for legal documents and contracts Audit legal processes and payment flows to strengthen accuracy and compliance Monitor legislative changes, case law, and market developments - translating insights into business relevance Deliver concise monthly reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and implications Client Impact Ability to assist with complex client inquiries requiring legal interpretation.
