Satisfy my customers through process efficiency and stock availability (Membuat pelanggan puas melalui efisiensi proses dan ketersediaan stok) Ensure smooth stock handling and order flows by managing deliveries, accuracy checks, returns, fitting rooms, click & collect, ship-from-store, and quality procedures.
