Responsibilities: End-to-End Forecasting: Manage and optimize the statistical Sales Forecast, identifying market trends and seasonality for the assigned sports category to ensure high forecast accuracy. Supply & Inventory Planning: Plan and manage the Purchase Forecast to guarantee optimal stock availability (the right stock at the right time) while mitigating overstock and out-of-stock risks. S&OP & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Co-build the business plan and align demand tactics with the overarching sports strategy by collaborating closely with Commercial teams. Performance Monitoring: Pilot weekly demand activities, analyze reporting dashboards, and proactively decide on action plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs. Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze forecast accuracy and bias, continuously refining demand planning models and processes.
