Position Summary The Guest Service Agent acts as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, attentive service, and personalized assistance throughout their stay, in alignment with the standards of luxury hospitality and the resort’s commitment to excellence. Scope Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and orientation in collaboration with the Front Office team. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized solutions or recommendations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion. Coordinate special requests (e.g. celebrations, room arrangements, amenities) to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to support future visits and loyalty. Ensure VIP guests and repeat visitors receive extra care and recognition. Liaise with all departments to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded. Follow up on guest satisfaction during and after their stay. Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences in a genuine and helpful manner. 1–3 years of experience (more than 3 for senior GS Agents) in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hospitality setting Fluency in English; other languages (especially French, German, Russian, or Arabic) are highly desirable Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and guest service protocols Formal training in hospitality or tourism is preferred Strong knowledge of the resort's surroundings, experiences, and amenities Warm, genuine, and empathetic personality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High cultural awareness and emotional intelligence Poise, discretion, and grace under pressure Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
