Position Summary To ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of all public spaces within the resort, contributing to a welcoming and luxurious environment for guests and visitors. Scope Clean and sanitize all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and outdoor spaces. Maintain floors, carpets, glass, and surfaces in pristine condition. Restock supplies in public restrooms and monitor cleanliness throughout the day. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or unusual activity promptly. Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials. Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times. Support special event setup or cleaning needs as assigned. Greet guests courteously when in contact and maintain a discreet presence. Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort environment preferred Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene protocols Ability to understand and follow safety instructions Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Basic English communication skills High sense of cleanliness and hygiene Reliability and punctuality Discreet and courteous guest interaction Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
