The Position Job Purpose Focusing exclusively on senior leadership, Egon Zehnder provides comprehensive leadership solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations. As an expert you will be working on projects related to identifying leaders, shaping succession, strengthening governance, developing leadership capabilities, and enabling transformation. As a core member of the expert track, you will partner closely with local, regional, and global colleagues on client assignments. The role requires applying industry knowledge, insights, and sound judgment in both internal and external discussions, and supporting client teams in navigating complex decision-making toward successful outcomes. Client engagements are highly bespoke and demand strong solutioning and consulting capabilities. The role offers a dynamic work environment with the expectation of leading multiple projects simultaneously with client teams across geographies. Key Responsibilities •Act as a thought partner to client teams on strategically important engagements. •Collaborate with colleagues (Consultants, Experts, and EAs) on project execution, pitch preparation, business development, and knowledge management. •Manage project teams throughout the search process to drive strategy, execution, and client outcomes. •Lead and manage global projects (including market research, pitch preparation, analyses, and client deliverables) by setting clear work plans and holding project teams accountable to agreed expectations. •Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates through the firm’s internal network, external resources, and market outreach. •Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to gather industry insights and support candidate solutions as part of assignment execution and business development efforts. •Mentor and develop experts locally and across regions through regular touchpoints.
