You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and driven by ensuring system reliability in real-world conditions. Experience in electronic testing and validation (functional, thermal, EMI/EMC, power) Experience designing and maintaining electronic test benches and measurement setups Strong debugging and failure analysis skills Experience defining test procedures and acceptance criteria Familiarity with automated testing and production validation tools Good understanding of embedded electronics and system-level constraints Experience with compliance standards (CE, EMI/EMC, electrical safety) Nice to Have Experience in RF systems or high-frequency electronics Experience in drones, robotics, or defense systems Familiarity with certification processes and regulatory frameworks Experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.) Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
