Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Freshsales, or SugarCRM . Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively. Strong time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and coachable.
