RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement Preparing and reviewing Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements (Section 32) (A Contract Review will be required as part of the interview process) Conducting title and due diligence searches (planning, zoning, certificates, etc.) Liaising with clients, agents, banks and other solicitors/conveyancers Preparing PEXA workspaces and coordinating electronic settlements Preparing statement of adjustments (rates, water, land tax, etc.) Preparing Duties Online forms and managing SRO requirements Assisting with subdivisions, transfers and off-the-plan matters where required QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience  Strong knowledge of Victorian conveyancing processes Experience using PEXA, Duties Online, Tri Conveyancing and industry software. Excellent communication and file management skills High attention to detail  Ability to work both independently and within a team
