This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills and grow within the hospitality industry.  Main duties:  Table Preparation and Maintenance: Setting and clearing tables with precision and style, ensuring all necessary equipment, crockery, and cutlery are prepared; Guest Service Support: Assisting the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang in serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive courteous, prompt, and efficient service;  Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the dining areas and service stations, including cleaning duties as per rota; Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting them with seating, and anticipating their needs.  Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is beneficial; A strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and dedication to high standards of service; Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to service and presentation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work effectively as part of a team; Flexibility to handle changing situations and work efficiently under pressure;  A Good knowledge of English and Italian is beneficial; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
