Plan, organize a diverse range of engaging activities for children, including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor play. Supervise children closely, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, adhering to all hotel policies and safety regulations. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and comfortable. Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, providing updates on their children's activities and addressing any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club facility, ensuring all equipment and materials are in good condition. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Previous experience working with children in a professional setting (Kids Club, school, camp). A genuine love for working with children and an understanding of child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Creativity and enthusiasm for designing and leading engaging activities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A responsible and vigilant approach to child safety. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian and/or other languages is considerated a plus.
