Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry and payment processing. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly concerning food and beverage handling. Supporting the Chef de Bar in training new team members and fostering a collaborative working environment. Learning and mastering new cocktail recipes and bar techniques. What You Bring: Proven experience as a Bartender or Demi Chef de Bar, preferably in a high-end bar, restaurant, or luxury hotel. Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers. Strong mixology skills and creativity in drink preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, and bar cleanliness. Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control in a bar setting. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, charismatic demeanor. Relevant certifications in bartending or hospitality are an advantage.
