Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, decisions needed, and progress. Program Governance and Communication: Ensure transparent program oversight through robust schedules, dashboards, and KPIs. Effectively communicate critical risks, decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership. Portfolio Contribution: Manage multiple concurrent NPI programs of varying complexity and stages. Mentor Project Coordinators, guiding prioritization and providing context while owning program outcomes.
