Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Manager role within the tech industry or a fast-growing industry. Demonstrated ability to work closely with an HR Director and senior executive leadership to influence and implement organizational change. Native-level fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication and regional collaboration. Strategic mindset characterized by high emotional intelligence and the resilience required to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced fintech environment.
