Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues and outages. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects. Implement security measures to protect infrastructure components from threats. Develop and document infrastructure architecture and processes. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Proficiency in cloud platforms ( AWS , Azure) and virtualization technologies. Extensive knowledge of server management, networking, and system security. Familiarity with ITIL and other relevant governance frameworks. Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred. Strong documentation skills, with experience in architecture diagrams and technical writing. Understanding of database management and web server technologies (e.g., IIS, NGinX). Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
