What you’ll own Lead and inspire a vibrant network of 15–20 female content creators who are active daily—coordinate, motivate, and maximize their performance. Track and analyze paid and organic KPIs every day, swiftly adapting strategies to optimize growth and engagement. Discover, negotiate, and secure valuable creator partnerships across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and other markets. Manage 3–4 direct reports while staying deeply involved in hands-on execution. Participate in daily strategy calls (Mon / Wed / Fri) alongside the global marketing team to align and innovate. Ensure each team member consistently meets their individual KPIs—including content production, views, and engagement metrics.
