Are you a Project Manager who cares about the "why" behind the work? We are looking for a collaborative Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office. As a Project Manager you will lead and engage project teams to maximise efficiencies, minimise costs, and mitigate risk across the business. With a focus on technology system-based changes and software transformations our project managers are an integral part of our business success.  The Day-to-Day: You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they deliver to scope, on time, and within budget. Manage all aspects of project lifecycles, from defining scope and acquiring resources to managing dependencies and risks. Coordinate project teams and ensure everyone has the support and resources they need to hit their deliverables. Engage with a varied group of sponsors and critical stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the business. Analyse and report on project progress, including financials, budget, and benefits realisation. About You: At least 5+ years in a Project Management capacity. Some form of PM certification (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, or a relevant tertiary qualification). Proven experience in software/system-based projects (not infrastructure). Exceptional communication skills and the ability to raise decisions clearly to steering committees. Experience with Genesys Cloud (not essential) Knowledge of the Energy Industry and its regulatory landscape.
