Drives store #sales and profitability by executing effective #operations and prioritizing the customer experience __ #Supports Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, executing daily store operations and team communication __ Drives inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately __ Executes new #product launch floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategy __ Holistically owns division of responsibility which includes #inventory and #product processing, visual merchandising, and community events __ Provides exceptional customer service with the ability to identify the best product for their pursuits __ Passionate about YETI #brand and inspires customers to become lifetime YETI customers __ Supports execution of community marketing events within the store __ Supports team coaching and development of key skillsets to accelerate sales performance __ Assesses Guide performance and share observations with Store leadership to address development opportunities __ Builds strong team morale and inspire team to perform at an exceptional level __ Communicates clearly and concisely with a variety of #stakeholders and #customers.
