Responsible for monitoring and resolving quality issues related to electrical and electrical components, including high voltage #EV systems (Battery Packs, Inverters, On- Board Chargers) Perform in depth root cause analysis using diagnostic tool (CANalyzer, INCA) and interpret DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Code) Analyze CAN/LIN bus #communication data to detect #abnormalities and signal errors affecting system performance Perform field investigations, part return analysis, and failure reproduction on test vehicles Collaborate with #R&D and suppliers to validate software updates or #hardware modifications as part of the corrective action process Monitor warranty and field claim data using internal systems and identify recurring #electrical failure trends Participate in software #calibration reviews & technical meetings if needed
